Here at The Christian Authority we stand with Israel and pray for them. Israel holds a special place in God’s heart. Israel plays a major part in end time prophecy. The New Testament is clear on the Jewish people. As Christians we should unapologetically stand with Israel in the face of evil.

The book of Psalms tells us that if we pray for the peace of Jerusalem we can expect to receive a blessing from God.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem:

They shall prosper that love thee.

Psalms 122:6

This is a familiar verse to most of us in Christianity. In contrast God tells us that he will bring a curse upon those that want harm to come to the Jews (Hebrews).

and I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

Genesis 12:3

It is in our best interest to pray for Israel, Jerusalem and to not wish or speak of any harm coming to them. God tells us to bless our enemies. Why then would we curse the Jews? The Jews are not our enemies. If you have the idea that they are then you renew your mind with the word of God. Read it and see all of the scriptures where God tells us he loves them and cares for them. You can easily find bad people in every nation, tongue, culture and within Christianity.

Christianity today is full of wolves in sheep’s clothing preying on people. You would not condemn all Christians however for that. Also there is a growing amount of Christians who are also Jews. Replacement theology is of the devil. The New Testament itself still distinguishes between Jew and Gentile. It does not remove the originals then every time it uses the word Jew it refers to gentile Christians. It says we have been graffed into the family. We did not replace the Jews. Paul who himself is a Jew addresses this same issue with the early church in Romans 11.

19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in.

20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:

21 for if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again.

24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?

25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written,

There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer,

And shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

27 For this is my covenant unto them,

When I shall take away their sins.

28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers’ sakes.

29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:

31 even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.

Romans 11:19-31

Today in the New Testament gentiles are unnatural branches. The Jews are natural branches. All however are separated from the tree. Anyone us though can be graffed into the tree through Jesus Christ and the Jews can be graffed back into the same tree through Jesus. They are enemies of the Gospel in the sense that they oppose Jesus as their Messiah. However, they are beloved by God the father. We should bestow mercy upon the Jews and loving kindness towards them.

Look around you. We are in the midst of the great falling away as proclaimed in the Bible. The gentiles are turning away from the gospel. Do not act superior to the Jew. We are all human and are no better than they are. The time of the gentile is coming to an end and it is our own doing. We are living in the greatest time in human history for the gentile and yet billions of people around the world are squandering and wasting this precious gift from God.

Israel was birthed when God called upon Abraham to separate himself from his people. Holy means set apart. A holy person is a person that is different, consecrated and set apart from others specifically in the ways of God. Being an odd ball or weird does not make one holy. Holiness refers to one that is set apart because they instead follow after God which is different from the world. Israel was promised to the Jews by God himself. The Bible tells us the location of Israel. This is not any land. We call that area, The Holy Land, after all.
